Dyanaflex Pro-Sports Gyro, 2008-04-01
This item has become a useful everyday tool and helps in many ways, both physically and mentally. This item is used to overcome such ailments as tennis elbow and also to increase muscle in the wrists and forearms. It is very easy to use and has now become part of a daily routine to help to eliminate some of the daily stresses that always seem to occur. Included in the package was also an instrutional DVD Manual that gave more informaton on ways to start the Dynaflex and exercises that can be done. I was also very pleased with the quick response in having the item shipped and will refer this to all those that I work with. Great Product and Great Service.

Great product but weak, 2007-06-01
As a tennis player, I liked the idea of this product so much I got two more as gifts (one of them for a fellow tennis player, one for a heavy computer user). They DO provide great exercise for the wrist as well as the entire arm. Alas two of the three have already broken. I have yet to see how the company handles this, as I bought them through my chiropractor and he is returning them, but I read elsewhere that there was a heavy restocking fee. So it is my hope that they will beef these up a bit--and make it clearer what the differences are between models.

Great wrist exerciser, 2007-02-21
The Dynaflex works great, especially with the amount of time we spend on the computer. We need some type of exercise to help keep carpel tunnel syndrome away. It's also great for firming up your forearms as well.

Awesome for strengthening wrist and grip, 2007-02-10
I'm a fairly avid rock climber and have had a few gadgets the help strength my grip and forearm strength. Nothing has ever been as effective as this little Gyro ball. It's fun to use to in that it becomes a game that you challenge your self with. Especially if you get the nifty add on that lets you clock the speed or the one that lights up as you spin it.
I have given it as a gift or recommended it to all of my rock climbing friends, as well as to my brother and other co-workers who were getting carpal-tunnel syndrome from typing. Everyone just raves about it and my brother hasn't had symptoms since he strated using it regularly.
I would warn it can be a little loud so it's not good to use while at work or when other people are around. Also it's a bit tricky to get started. But once you get the hang of it, it's a sinch.
