 pretty good shake, 2008-05-05
This is a good low-calorie protein shake. It's good if you don't mind that it has some soy protein and if you're too lazy to mix up your own. Of course it tastes like reheated sick, but that's expected with sports drinks.

I have used this product for over a year. There is nothing better on the market that blends high protein content, low carbs, and only 170 calories a serving. Product is great, prefer chocolate or cookies and cream flavors, the vanilla tastes a bit too artificially sweet..

In my opinion this is the best tasting pre-mix protein shake on the market. I can't beleive it isn't more calories!

You can barely taste the chocolate in this drink because the sweetness is so overwhelming!!! Somewhat nauseating really

I have tried several protein drinks and I like this by far. It's sweet without too much sugar and doesnt have that funny heavy protein taste.
I will continue to buy and use this product for a very long time.
